Optional custom features: eye colour, hair colour, skin tone, articulated finger skeletons, soft upgraded breasts and more accessories.

If you do not need custom adjustments, you may place an order strictly based on the official standard photos.

We will confirm two key points with you at the very beginning of email communication:

Your delivery country/region: Due to the special nature of our products, shipping services are not accessible to all countries and territories. We will verify delivery availability for your location first. The exact doll model you intend to purchase.

Step 3: Confirm Quotation & Complete Payment

After we finalise all custom specifications and send you the full price quote, you may settle payment via two main channels: PayPal or bank transfer.

Step 4: Production Lead Time

Production time fully depends on the doll manufacturer’s schedule:
Standard production cycle: 1 to 4 weeks.
For orders with extensive customisation or during manufacturers’ peak order periods, production may take up to 2 months, which is a normal lead time.
We will inform you of the exact estimated completion date before you make payment, and you are welcome to enquire about the timeline at any time.

Step 5: Shipping & Tracking

We support delivery to most regions including the United States, Europe, Southeast Asia and Japan.
Shipping methods: Air freight (default priority), railway transport and sea transport. Different shipping options result in different delivery durations.
Once your parcel is dispatched, we will provide you with a unique tracking number so you can monitor the delivery status online anytime.
